CREATE. In these blends, we use plots of older vines that give a structure and complexity to the wine. These blends are a representation of the Pôpa “top of the range” wines. Like the UNOAKED, this blend is created annually through the SELECTION of most expressive varieties from the same partners and vineyards referenced. In this case, the difference is in the choice of the vineyards. We chose a higher altitude that gives us more degree of maturity, and in the plots, of greater age and seriousness.
CELEBRATE. It’s a Cosmopolitan wine to enjoy at any time. Vibrant and persistent, with great complexity, firm tannins, and long aftertaste. Those wines quickly match traditional and contemporary cuisine and perfectly blend during gatherings between friends.

CREATE. Our primary focus is the work done in the vineyards to show the full potential and character of the vines.

Its differentiating element is not only due to its “appearance” but also due to its low sweetness when compared to other Port Wines.

DREAM. Olive farming is carrying with the highest respect for the land and the olive trees. Therefore, all the interventions aim to have the least possible impact on olive trees to preserve all their integrity.
CREATE. The harvest was made mechanically, using the highest techniques, allowing preservation of the tree’s structure. Olives are rapidly transported to the oil press, where its extraction is cold to preserve all their organoleptic qualities
