On the nose, the extra virgin olive oil from “Quinta do Pôpa” takes us to ripe fields, between ripe apples and ripe dry fruits, with a very interesting intensity. When we put it in the mouth, we have sweet and slightly bitter sensations and a slight spicy, however persistent, between the harmonization of sweet and bitter we feel the dry fruits, namely almond and walnut.
Olive oil with simple organoleptic characteristics, of light intensity. Perfect for finishing dishes with low medium intensity food, various soups and oven dishes. In desserts, it harmonizes very well with ripe fruit, as well as moderately sweet desserts.
