Its blend is created annually through the SELECTION of the most expressive indigenous grape varieties of the year; these are chosen year-by-year as a qualitative framework – for their annual expressiveness, qualitative degree and typicality:
_ the soil, sun exposure, the youngest vines, and regions of the Douro with lower altitude (therefore with a lower degree of ripeness, giving us the defined profile – youthfulness, freshness, good notes of fresh fruit).
Dishes of some lightness and refinement, fresh flavors, various and crunchy textures.
Its service temperature, lower 10º / 12ºC, will be perfect for most garments. However, freshness in the dish should prevail, as well as medium size in the dish structure.
