Grape varieties: Touriga Nacional, Tinta Roriz.
Its blend is created annually through the SELECTION of the most expressive indigenous grape varieties of the year; these are chosen year-by-year as a qualitative framework – for their annual expressiveness, qualitative degree and typicality:
_ the soil, sun exposure, the youngest vines, and regions of the Douro with lower altitude (therefore with a lower degree of ripeness, giving us the defined profile – youthfulness, freshness, good notes of fresh fruit).
Temperatures of warm, cold dishes, with crunchy textures, cold sauces, with fruit and balanced acidity, as well as delicate greasiness. Its service temperature, not too cold, 10º / 12ºC, will enhance that versatility.
