Its blend is created annually through the SELECTION of the most expressive indigenous grape varieties of the year; these are chosen year-by-year as a qualitative framework – for their annual expressiveness, qualitative degree and typicality:
_ the soil, sun exposure, the youngest vines, and regions of the Douro with lower altitude (therefore with a lower degree of ripeness, giving us the defined profile – youthfulness, freshness, good notes of fresh fruit).
The good volume and fused but alive tannins can withstand the average juiciness of the ingredients, as well as the medium intensity, however their freshness does not overlap with the freshest ingredient profiles. Works well with various textures. Its service temperature, the lowest 15º / 16ºC, will be perfect for most garments.
