THE CREATOR.

A generation later, his son Zeca completed his father’s dream and bought Quinta do Vidiedo, located in Adorigo – Tabuaço. As a tribute to his father, he changes the name and calls his property Quinta do Pôpa.

The search for his independence started very early in the vineyard, right after finishing 4th grade. His father installed in him the ability to work and resilience; life gave him courage. The journey of Zeca was long and arduous. After many years and all the effort he put, the acquisition of the property rejuvenated him. It gave him recognition in the Douro region, the biggest ambition of his father.

Later, his friend Luís Pato, an oenologist from Bairrada and a lover of the Douro, offered his technical knowledge to the family, challenging the third generation Pôpa to expand the dream.
